Domestic Shipping :
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via Royal Mails. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Next Day Delivery is also available within United Kingdom for £7.99.
- Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £4.99 within UK. Free shipping is available on orders over £100.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping :
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: International shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Generally, it takes upto 7 business days for delivery.
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: International orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
